BROWN RICE & SPIRULINA Fusilli

WITH PUMPKIN & ZUCCHINI

Ingredients

  • 8.8oz Brown Rice & Spirulina Fusilli
  • 14oz pumpkin
  • 1 zucchini
  • Rosemary
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Clean and cut the pumpkin into pieces, then cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 350° Fahrenheit with oil and a sprig of rosemary.
  2. Clean and cut the zucchini into slices and cook in a pan with oil, garlic and a ladle of cooking water.
  3. Bring the cooking water to boil and pour in the Felicia Brown Rice & Spirulina Fusilli. Cook for 6 minutes. Drain the pasta and complete the dish by adding the previously prepared pumpkin and zucchini.
