OAT PENNE
WITH SPINACH, FETA
& CHERRY TOMATOES
Ingredients
12oz Oat Penne
18oz Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
7oz Fresh Baby Spinach
3.5oz Feta Cheese, crumbled
Directions
Cook the pasta following pack instructions.
Lightly sauté the sliced cherry tomatoes in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
Cook the pasta, drain and toss in the pan with the tomatoes, then add the fresh spinach. Turn on the heat, stir in the feta crumbles, and serve.
