RED LENTIL PENNE

WITH MUSHROOMS
AND GARLIC

Ingredients

  • 1 8.8oz Red Lentil Penne
  • 14 oz mushrooms, chopped
  • Minced garlic, to taste
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil, to taste
  • Parmigiano Reggiano or Grana Padano cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta following pack instructions.
  2. Sauté the chopped mushrooms in a pan with olive oil and minced garlic for about ten minutes, then remove from heat.
  3. Drain the cooked pasta, then toss together in the pan, then serve topped with grated cheese.
